有關英文日期縮寫的格式查詢???

請問如在文件上填上英文日期縮寫,例如 2013年12月31日,寫 31/DEC/2013 還是 31 DEC 2013較好??? 更新: 我係問英式寫法有冇/較好
我認為寫31st Dec 2013 比較適合。 2013-12-28 19:56:27 補充： 寫31應該要配st，沒有st的應該不適合文法。(這是我個人想法)
